You will work with your Project Manager or Development Manager and discuss all of your goals one on one, by phone, email or web conferencing. We provide continual feedback and suggestions that will enhance both the usability of the site and its marketing. We consider our development process to be powerfully effective in helping to identify and present your online objectives.  This is how our process will work and allow you to play as much or as little of a role in the development as you believe is necessary.


We allow you to link in with our computers during various stages of the consultation and planning process. Our exclusive web conferencing process allows you to be included in every step of the design and development process. You can discuss various design possibilities with your own personal web consultant and we can present a variety of solutions to meet your online goals.

STEP 1 : CONCEPTUAL PLANNING

We make a Specification Document to serve as a blue print for development. We consult on the look and feel of the overall project. It will include the site map (types and number of pages), calls to action, messaging, functionality, target audience and goals of the website.  All of this is done live, online with your personal web consultant.

STEP 2 : DESIGN CONSULTATION

We create custom, professionally designed mock-ups of the homepage and sub-page(s) to determine the look and feel. We solicit feedback from our clients to these mock ups making sure the client is 100% satisfied before moving forward with development. The designs are presented for your review and feedback in a full view browser. This is performed live and online with your personal web consultant.  Any edits that you would like are done immediately. After edits are completed and you have approved them, we move forward to the next phase coding/development. We are also open to any suggestions you may have during this process.

STEP 3 : CODING & DEVELOPMENT

All designs are coded professionally in full compliance to WC3 standards. During development, you will be provided with continual updates and a link to follow the updates. During development, we’ll hold your hand through the entire process, and give suggestions to enhance the end result. We are also open to any suggestions you may have during this process.

STEP 4 : QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our work is fully tested in a number of browsers for quality assurance and we take care of all the technicalities from our first meeting . . . to concept . . . to design . . . and finally the live launch of presenting your project to the world.
